Mr. Ravi Kumar Murarka, the founder partner of our firm. He has graduated from Calcutta University. Thereafter he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 and established M/s R. K. Murarka & Co (RKM & Co) in the year 1997. He is a dynamic person and a pillar of strength of our firm. He has immense experience in the field of Accountancy, Audit, and Corporate Law Matters.
He possesses over 2 decades of experience in Auditing, Financial and Management Consultancy with a specialization in Accounts, Auditing, MIS, Corporate Law and Assurance Services.
He has got wide experience in Plywood Industries, Engineering Companies, Transport, Hire Purchase, Trading, Steel Industry, Investment and Non-Bank Financial Institutions, Manufacturing Companies, Banks, and Financial Institutions.
He has majorly dealt with assessment and Appeal Proceedings, handling Search, Seizure & Survey cases. Under his able guidance, the firm has been able to solve various critical issues while conducting audits.

Mr. Shashi Murarka is a big asset to our firm. He joined our firm in the year 2005.
He is a specialist in the field of Audit, Taxation, and Corporate Laws. He advises clients on Tax Audits, Tax dispute resolution, and Search and Seizure Cases
He deals in Corporate Law matters, Litigation, Company Law Boards, District Courts, and other Tribunals. His core area of practice includes Corporate Law, Commercial Litigation, Mergers and Amalgamations, and Legal Due Diligence for acquisition, Takeover, and Public issues of the Companies.
He also assists in the Company's Internal Audits, Due Diligence Reviews, Systems Analysis and Design, and other areas of the organization's Management Assurance discipline
